COURT DIRECTIONS FOR GEORGIA HORSESHOE PITCHING CLUBS


BRUNSWICK:  From the intersection of I-95 and US 341 go northwest on US 341 toward Sterling. 0.10 miles before Sterling at the Sterling Baptist Church. Turn left onto dirt road. Courts are behind the church in the park.

 
CARROLLTON:  From Atlanta, take I-20 west to highway 61 . Go south on hwy 61 to Carrollton. At Carrollton take the hwy 166 (by-pass) south to Newnan Rd. Turn right on Newnan Rd. ,go .9 mile to Austin Ave. ( Austin starts at a fork in the road ) Bear left onto Austin and go .1 mile to the courts at Knox Park.

CLARKESVILLE:  From Atlanta, take I-85 north to I-985 , US 23 &441. Exit from 441 to Clarkesville on highway 197. At Clarkesville go east approx 2 miles to the Fairgrounds on your left. Turn into roadway before the Fairgrounds. Courts are off the road at a converted tennis court.

CORDELE:  From I-75 take exit 101(US Hwy 280). Go west to the 4th red-light. Turn left on 3rd St. and go 7 blocks to Turner Park on your left. (just
before 1st red-light) Courts are past the walking track and tennis courts.

HULL:  From Athens , Highway 29 By-pass east of Athens , take Hull highway 72 east towards Hull. Courts are at the Coile residence 1.2 miles east of the red light at Hull (9102 Highway 72)

 
MARIETTA:  From Atlanta , take I-75 north to Delk Road. Go west past Dobbins AFB, to the Lockheed plant, Turn right on Fairgrounds Street, go to the Ball field at the bottom of the hill on your left. Parking is available in the baseball complex lot. Courts are next to the parking lot.

PERRY:  From I-75 take exit 138 ( Thompson Road), if you are traveling North turn right .if traveling south turn Left. Go 3-3/10 miles through two traffic lights. Turn right on Kings Chapel Road, go 6/10 mile, turn left on Keith Drive. Go 2/10 mile, Rozar Park is on the left. Directions: From Brunswick and points south on Highway 341, go 2/10 mile inside Perry City limit sign, turn right on Keith Drive ,go ½ mile, Rozar Park is on the right.

STONE MOUNTAIN:  From I-285 take highway 78 east towards Athens . Use the East entrance to the park .The courts are in the Sports complex on Old Hugh Howell Rd. Turn left at the Youth Area sign on the fence next to the large parking lot.

WARNER ROBINS:  From I-75 exit 144 Russell Parkway head toward Warner Robins. Drive approximately 5 miles to Carl Vinson Parkway and turn left. Go to second driveway and turn right.
